Yes, hosting is included in all of our Website Care Plans at Private Practice Elevation. When you enroll in any of our Care Plans, your website benefits from high-speed managed WordPress hosting, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Additionally, our Care Plans offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to maintain and enhance your website's functionality and security. These services include regular software updates, security scans, daily backups, SSL certificates, and dedicated support time for website edits and updates.
For new website design clients, we provide a complimentary 60-day post-launch Warranty and Care Plan, which includes hosting and maintenance services. After this period, your website transitions to our Day Hiker plan, continuing to offer hosting along with ongoing support and maintenance.
While we include hosting as part of our Care Plans, you are also free to use your own hosting provider if you prefer. However, certain tasks that involve your hosting provider's support team will be your responsibilitylity to carry out.
