When you sign up for a WordPress Care Plan with Private Practice Elevation, you gain access to ongoing support that keeps your website secure, updated, and running smoothly. Depending on your plan, you also receive a set amount of monthly website edits to ensure your content stays fresh and relevant. Here’s what’s included:

Content Edits

• Publishing blog posts and new pages from provided Word or text documents
• Adding, removing, or editing text on pages, posts, and products
• Uploading and placing provided images (JPG, PNG)
• Cropping and resizing images within WordPress
• Adding provided Yoast SEO keywords, titles, and meta descriptions
• Managing navigation menus (adding, removing, or editing menu items)
• Configuring pop-ups, notification bars, and slide-in features based on provided content
• Creating image galleries and editing page URLs (slugs)
• Adding, removing, or editing user accounts
• Uploading PDFs and adjusting sidebar widgets

Settings & Adjustments

• Updating theme options
• Setting up redirects for broken or outdated links
• Editing form fields in contact forms
• Modifying templates created with page builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, or Divi
• Installing simple plugins from the WordPress repository (e.g., “Duplicate Post,” “WordPress Zero Spam”)

Requests That Take More Time

Some updates require additional time and may take longer to complete, including:

• Custom CSS or JavaScript modifications
• Performing bulk search-and-replace updates
• Adding code snippets via WordPress hooks
• Installing more complex plugins (e.g., caching plugins, WooCommerce add-ons)
• Making performance adjustments based on page speed tests

While we cover a wide range of updates, some requests fall outside the scope of our Care Plans, such as:

• Writing content for your website (including privacy policies and cookie permissions)
• Hosting-related optimizations
• Purchasing or renewing plugin licenses
• Large-scale website changes, such as setting up an online store or building custom functionality
• Communicating with third-party vendors (e.g., hosting providers, email services, plugin/theme support teams)
