What Happens When I Use Up My Monthly Support Hours?

Each of our Care Plan tiers includes a set amount of monthly support and development time:

  • Day Hiker: 30 minutes per month
  • Trekkerr: 2 hours per month
  • Sherpa: 4 hours per month


These hours cover tasks like content updates, graphic changes, and minor website modifications.


Important Notes:

  • No Rollover: Unused support hours do not carry over to the next month; they reset on the first of each month.

  • Task Duration: If a support request exceeds your remaining monthly hours, we'll notify you. You can then choose to:

    • Wait until the next month when your hours reset.
    • Purchase additional support through a one-off task.
