Getting Started With The Care Plan Client Portal

Overview:

To help you get the most out of your Care Plan, we've created a central support hub: privatepracticeelevation.com/support.



From this portal, you can:

  • ✅ Submit and track support tickets

  • ✅ Access the Knowledge Base for quick answers

  • ✅ Learn how to manage or upgrade your plan

  • ✅ Get help with billing or purchase extra support time


The Knowledge Base is especially helpful for common questions like:

  • What’s included in my care plan?

  • How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

  • How do I request additional support hours?

  • How do I update billing info?


Steps for New Users: Setting Up Your Portal Account


If you've emailed us before (to wpsupport@privatepracticeelevation.com), you're already in our system — but you’ll need to register to use the portal and track your requests.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to: privatepracticeelevation.com/support

  2. Click “Sign Up” in the top right corner of the page

  3. Enter your full name and email address (use the same email you've used for past communication if applicable)

  4. Complete the CAPTCHA and click Register

  5. Check your inbox for a confirmation email to activate your account


Once registered, you can:

  • Submit a new support request

  • View all past tickets and their status

  • Reply directly to any open ticket

  • Browse helpful how-to articles
