You can view and manage your Care Plan subscription anytime by logging into your billing account at:

Note: This is a different dashboard than the Care Plan Support portal found at privatepracticeelevation.com/support.
What Can You Do in Your Billing Account?
Once logged in, you’ll have access to:
- Subscription Details – View your active subscription, including your plan type and renewal date.
- Billing & Payment Information – Check past invoices and update your payment method if needed.
- Payment History – See a record of your previous payments and download invoices.
- Manage Subscription – Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan if necessary.
- Update Account Information – Change your email, password, or contact details.
