How Can I Update My Credit Card Info?

If you need to update your credit card information for your website care plan, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Care Plan Billing Account – Using the information you provided when you first set up your Care Plan account, you can access your billing account through this link: http://privatepracticeelevation.com/my-account. If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" function to reset it.

2. Navigate to payment settings – Once logged in, look for the "Payment Methods" link in the left navigation to access your payment settings.

3. Add your card details – Click on the "Add Payment Method" button and enter your new credit card information and save the changes.

4. Delete the old credit card – From the Payment Methods section you can delete the old credit card info.
