Can I Upgrade or Downgrade My Plan at Any Time?

Yes! We understand that your website’s needs may change over time, so we offer the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your care plan as needed.

How to Request a Plan Change

You can change your care plan in two ways:

  1. Email Us – Simply send a request to our team at wpsupport@privatepracticeelevation.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  2. Self-Service Option – Log into your account at privatepracticeelevation.com/my-account, navigate to the Subscriptions section, and update your plan directly.

When Will the Change Take Effect?

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the new benefits will be available immediately, but the updated billing will take effect on the first of the next month.

  • Downgrades: If you downgrade, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and the new tier will take effect starting next month.
