Yes! If you need additional support beyond the hours included in your Care Plan, you can purchase extra time as a one-off support task.


Support Time Pricing:

  • 30 minutes – $59
  • 1 hour – $109
  • 2 hours – $199
  • 4 hours – $349

When Should I Purchase More Time?

  • If you’ve used up your monthly support hours and need additional work done before the next reset.
  • If your requested task is larger than the time available in your plan, and you don’t want to wait.
  • If you need extra updates, design tweaks, or website improvements beyond your Care Plan’s limits.
