If your subscription payment fails, don’t worry! Our system will automatically retry the payment and send you email notifications to keep you informed.
Common Reasons for Payment Failure:
- Insufficient funds – Your bank may decline the payment if your balance is too low.
- Expired or updated card – If your card has expired or changed, the payment won’t go through.
- Bank decline – Some banks block recurring charges for security reasons.
- Technical issues – Temporary issues with the payment gateway or network can cause failures.
What Happens Next?
- Immediate Notification – You’ll receive an email letting you know the payment attempt failed.
- Automatic Retries – Our system will retry the payment over the next few days. The number of attempts depends on our settings, but typically, it retries 3–4 times.
- Final Notice – If the payment still doesn’t go through, you’ll receive an email with instructions to update your payment method.
- Subscription Status Change – If payment isn’t received after all retries, your subscription may be put on hold or canceled.
What You Can Do:
- Check your email for failed payment notifications.
- Update your payment details in your account if needed.
- Contact your bank if they’ve blocked the charge.
