How Can I Pause or Cancel My Care Plan?

Modified on Wed, 16 Jul at 12:27 PM

If you need to pause or cancel your Care Plan, you can do so in one of two ways:

  1. Through Your Billing Account Portal – Log in to your account here:
    My Billing Account Dashboard

  2. Submit a Support Ticket – Email us at careplans@privatepracticeelevation.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Things to Consider Before Canceling

Canceling your Care Plan means you’ll be responsible for:

  • Website Backups – Ensuring you have a recent backup in case anything goes wrong.
  • Uptime Monitoring – Checking that your website remains online.
  • Security Scans – Protecting your site from malware and vulnerabilities.
  • Software Updates – Keeping your theme, plugins, and WordPress core updated to prevent issues.
  • Performance Monitoring – Maintaining site speed and optimizing performance.

Additionally, if you cancel, you will:

  • Lose access to premium plugin licenses included in your plan, such as Elementor Pro, Divi, Video User Manuals, and WP Rocket. Your site will still function, but you won’t receive updates, which can be a security risk.
  • No longer receive weekly reports or email support from our team.

Concerned About Cost?

We understand that budget can be a factor, and we offer alternative solutions for basic maintenance. If you’d like to discuss other options, reach out to us at careplans@privatepracticeelevation.com.

If We Host Your Website

If your site is hosted with us, you will still need to pay for hosting, as we cover the cost of server space. Let us know if you have questions about transitioning to a different hosting plan.
