Do You Manage My Domain Name and Email?

Modified on Wed, 16 Jul at 12:22 PM

We do not manage domain names or email services directly.

Domain Name Management

If you need help making basic updates to your domain's DNS settings—such as pointing it to a new hosting server—we're happy to help. Just let us know what needs to be changed, and we'll take care of it. However, ongoing domain management (like renewals, registrar support, or domain transfers) is your responsibility.

Email Support

We do not provide support for email issues. If you run into problems with sending or receiving emails, you'll need to contact your email hosting provider directly.

Here’s why:

  • Email systems are highly complex and managed separately from your website.

  • Issues can be caused by server settings, blacklists, spam filters, or third-party software—things we don’t have access to.

  • Email hosting companies are best equipped to diagnose and fix these problems quickly.

If you’re not sure who your email host is or need help pointing DNS records to the right service, feel free to submit a support request and we’ll guide you in the right direction.

We're always happy to assist where we can, but for email-specific troubleshooting, your hosting provider will be the best point of contact.
