How We Provide Training
If there is a specific aspect of your website that you’d like to learn, we can create video recordings to guide you through the process. These recordings can be very helpful for tasks like:
Adding or editing content.
Managing plugins.
Navigating the WordPress dashboard.
Things to Keep in Mind
The time it takes our team to create these videos will be counted as part of your monthly support time.
If your support plan has a time limit and your request exceeds that limit, we will let you know before proceeding.
Our goal is to help you feel confident managing your website, while also protecting our team's time to serve all of our clients effectively.
