We regularly monitor your website for security vulnerabilities, especially with plugins. If an issue is reported, we’ll update the affected plugin during our weekly maintenance to ensure your website stays protected.

Malware Detection and Removal

If malware is detected or your site goes down due to hacking, we take immediate action to diagnose and resolve the issue. Here’s how it works based on your plan:

  • Trekker & Sherpa Plans: Malware removal is included. This is a manual process that requires time to properly diagnose, clean, and restore your website.

  • Day Hiker Plan: Your plan includes 30 minutes per month of support. If more time is needed to fully resolve the issue, you can purchase a one-off task for complete malware removal and restoration. Purchase a One-Off Task Here.

How We Address Malware Issues

  • Diagnosis: Identifying the source of the malware or compromised code.

  • Cleanup: Removing all malicious files and restoring the integrity of your website.
